We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to serve as the operational point of contact for HubSpot-related tasks across departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution and tracking of marketing and sales deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders for all HubSpot-related matters
- Maintain alignment between departments by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates
- Independently manage operational workflows, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with HubSpot, Excel, and working in fast-paced environments. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working with HubSpot in an operational, marketing, or sales support capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
