 Job DescriptionWe're looking for a HubSpot Specialist who will take full ownership of managing and optimizing our website built on HubSpot CMS. This role is both strategic and hands-on—ensuring the site is not only visually compelling and technically sound, but also tightly integrated with our marketing automation and lead generation workflows.
As the central steward of our digital presence, you'll be responsible for making sure every page, template, and conversion path drives measurable impact—supporting our growth objectives while delivering a seamless experience for visitors and customers alike.
 Your ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end management of the company website, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with brand and growth goalsBuild, manage, and optimize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and landing pagesMaintain ongoing content updates while ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devicesSet up workflows for conversion paths, CTAs, and lead capture workflows, seamlessly integrating them with HubSpot CRM and automationMonitor and optimize site performance (speed, uptime, mobile experience), proactively identifying and resolving technical issuesCollaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to launch new landing pages, campaigns, microsites, and content experiencesLeverage HubSpot analytics and reporting dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvementsStay current on HubSpot product releases, web technologies, and SEO trends to continuously improve site performance and capabilities What We're Looking For5-6 years of experience managing and optimizing websites on HubSpot CMSProficiency in HubSpot CMS Hub, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrationsStrong front end development skills to troubleshoot any website issuesStrong grasp of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and reporting dashboardsHubSpot certifications strongly preferred (CMS, Marketing Hub, Inbound)Familiarity with inbound marketing methodology and how to translate business goals into website functionalityProven ability to manage large, dynamic websites and deliver measurable results Soft SkillsStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiativesExcellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilityCollaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environmentsAttention to detail in design, content, and technical executionAbility to translate complex goals into practical, user-friendly web experiences
