Job Description
We're looking for a
HubSpot Specialist
who will take full ownership of managing and optimizing our website built on HubSpot CMS. This role is both strategic and hands-on—ensuring the site is not only visually compelling and technically sound, but also tightly integrated with our marketing automation and lead generation workflows.

As the central steward of our digital presence, you'll be responsible for making sure every page, template, and conversion path drives measurable impact—supporting our growth objectives while delivering a seamless experience for visitors and customers alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the company website, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with brand and growth goals
• Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and landing pages
• Maintain ongoing content updates while ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Set up workflows for conversion paths, CTAs, and lead capture workflows, seamlessly integrating them with HubSpot CRM and automation
• Monitor and optimize site performance (speed, uptime, mobile experience), proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to launch new landing pages, campaigns, microsites, and content experiences
• Leverage HubSpot analytics and reporting dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements
• Stay current on HubSpot product releases, web technologies, and SEO trends to continuously improve site performance and capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years of experience managing and optimizing websites on HubSpot CMS
• Proficiency in HubSpot CMS Hub, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations
• Strong front end development skills to troubleshoot any website issues
• Strong grasp of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and reporting dashboards
• HubSpot certifications strongly preferred (CMS, Marketing Hub, Inbound)
• Familiarity with inbound marketing methodology and how to translate business goals into website functionality
• Proven ability to manage large, dynamic websites and deliver measurable results
