Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing automation, integrations, and analytics, with proven expertise in HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and enabling business growth through automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Administration & Configuration o Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot / GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules. o Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance. o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across CRM systems.
• Workflow & Automation Management o Design, implement, and optimize automation for lead capture, nurturing, and engagement. o Create and configure workflows, triggers, sequences, and campaigns to support sales & marketing. o Build custom forms, landing pages, and email templates.
• Integration & Data Management o Integrate HubSpot / GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., email, VoIP, analytics, payment gateways). o Manage API-based integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems. o Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM databases.
• Reporting & Analytics o Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for marketing, sales, and operations. o Provide insights into lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance. o Track ROI and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support & Training o Act as the primary system administrator for HubSpot / GoHighLevel. o Provide training and support to internal teams on platform best practices. o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
