Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Professional with strong expertise in CRM systems to manage and support administrative operations remotely. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business processes, data accuracy, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the companys CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, updates, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling, virtual meetings, and documentation processes.
  • Generate and analyze reports from CRM to support decision-making.
  • Assist in onboarding, record-keeping, and internal communication management.
  • Maintain digital files, records, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to improve team productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments for smooth workflow execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in administration / operations support.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
