Job Title: Admin Staff / Receptionist

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors at the reception desk in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Manage front desk activities and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and assist in day-to-day admin operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Handle basic client queries and direct them to the right department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Good telephone etiquette and professional behavior.
  • Presentable appearance and professional dressing.
  • Ability to multitask and handle admin duties efficiently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: As per industry standards (to be discussed during the interview).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
