We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing programs and campaigns using HubSpot’s marketing and sales Hubs. The ideal candidate is an experienced and certified HubSpot expert who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.


Job Description

  • Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for our Global clients.
  • Support the creation and execution of automated marketing campaigns. This includes email marketing, creating and executing nurtures, social media integration, and other relevant features within HubSpot. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
  • Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends
  • Develop A/B tests and optimize results
  • Manage lead generation, databases & email reporting through HubSpot
  • Work with content team to develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audience to the business
  • Work closely with sales team on strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of HubSpot. Collaborate with the marketing team to define automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring models
  • Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing of email campaigns


Qualifications

  • The candidate should be Independent with strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, split tests used in an email with assistance from the content team to increase lead generation.
  • He/she should be able to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics
  • Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills
