Digital Marketing Specialist
. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on HubSpot ownership, social and content, and multichannel outreach, a 360° marketing role.
Role Overview
You will run day to day Marketing ops, plan and publish social, write clear email and campaign content, execute cold outreach across email and WhatsApp, and work with ads, design, sales, product, and support.
What you will achieve:
- Lift trial to demo and demo to deal with precise workflows and tight nurturing
- Improve reply rates and CTR through relevant content and testing
- Grow reach and traffic with consistent social posting and fast feedback loops
- Book meetings from cold outreach using targeted lists and simple offers
- Keep tracking clean with UTMs and GA4 so every campaign is measurable
Responsibilities
:
1) HubSpot ownership and marketing ops
- Own HubSpot setup across lists, workflows, forms, properties, basic scoring, and hygiene
- Build lifecycle and nurture paths with goals and tests
- Maintain campaign naming, UTMs, and reporting views
2) Social and content
- Plan a weekly social calendar and publish across priority channels
- Write email sequences, nurture updates, short release notes, and campaign CTAs
- Create simple briefs for design and review final assets
3) Multichannel cold outreach
- Build targeted contact slices and run cold outreach on email and WhatsApp
- Write short, plain messages with clear next steps
- Track opens, replies, meetings booked, and iterate fast
4) Cross-team collaboration
- Support the ads lead with copy hooks, landing inputs, and post-click follow ups
- Sync with sales on offers, handoffs, and feedback from calls
- Coordinate with product and support for feature notes and customer wins
5) Measurement
- Track signups, demo bookings, CTR, reply rate, view to lead, CAC, ROI
- Share a weekly summary with wins, lessons, and next steps
6) Other contributions
- Light website copy edits when needed
- Webinar and video promo tasks
- Basic asset housekeeping and hygiene check
Requirements
- 1-2 years in digital marketing for B2B SaaS or EdTech
- Hands on with HubSpot lists, workflows, forms, and basic scoring
- Strong writing for email, social, and short campaign copy
- GA4 basics, UTM rules, and spreadsheet comfort
- Social Media planning and posting experience
- Proven cold outreach writing and execution
- Organized, quick to test, delivers on time
- Nice to have, basic YouTube SEO blocks
- IC role, no people management
