About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager / Specialist to streamline and optimize revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.

This role serves as the central owner of Zoho/HubSpot CRM, ensuring process alignment, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on CRM expertise with strong analytical and presentation skills — transforming data into actionable insights and enabling data-driven decisions that enhance team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho/HubSpot CRM Management & Optimization


•       Own, manage, and continuously enhance Zoho/HubSpot CRM systems to support the full revenue lifecycle.


•       Design and implement custom workflows, automations, blueprints, and validation rules to streamline operations.


•       Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all CRM modules (Leads, Deals, Accounts, Contacts).


•       Integrate Zoho/HubSpot CRM with marketing automation, finance, and project management tools for seamless data flow.


•       Conduct CRM training and onboarding sessions to ensure consistent and efficient use by Sales and Marketing teams.

Revenue Operations Strategy


•       Develop and implement a scalable RevOps framework aligning Marketing, Sales, and Client Success processes for predictable growth.


•       Collaborate with the CBO and business leaders to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and improve conversion efficiency.


•       Support lead generation initiatives using CRM-based segmentation, automation, and campaign tracking tools.


•       Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve funnel velocity, campaign ROI, and client acquisition outcomes.


•       Translate Market Intelligence shared by the Marketing team into actionable insights and follow-up action items for the Sales team, ensuring these are tracked and executed within Zoho/HubSpot CRM.

CRM Governance, Auditing & Hygiene


•       Act as the primary CRM auditor for all Sales and Marketing data and activities.


•       Identify and report anomalies, inconsistencies, or data discrepancies in CRM entries or reports.


•       Ensure strict adherence to CRM data entry, pipeline management, and reporting standards.


•       Serve as the single point of contact for CRM governance, ensuring high data hygiene and accountability.


•       Conduct periodic CRM audits and collaborate with teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.


•       Create and track CRM hygiene metrics to measure and report data accuracy, completeness, and update frequency by Sales and Marketing users.

Reporting & Analytics


•       Build, maintain, and automate Zoho/HubSpot CRM dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.


•       Analyze key metrics — including lead sources, conversion rates, pipeline health, and campaign performance.


•       Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance team productivity and business outcomes.


•       Support the CBO with weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance presentations, delivering clear, visual, and insightful reports.

Process Improvement & Enablement


•       Standardize and document end-to-end business workflows within Zoho/HubSpot CRM.


•       Identify inefficiencies and propose process or automation improvements to drive productivity.


•       Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CRM processes, data, and tools align with business goals.

Qualifications Required:


• –4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration.


•       Proven hands-on expertise in Zoho/HubSpot CRM setup, automation, customization, and analytics.


•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM dashboards.


•       Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to visualize data and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.


•       Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.


•       High attention to detail, accountability, and a process-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:


•       Experience managing the Zoho One or HubSpot suite (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs).


•       Certifications in Zoho CRM Administration or HubSpot Operations Hub.


•       Familiarity with CRM integrations for marketing, finance, or project management tools.


•       Prior experience in CRM governance, auditing, or RevOps strategy enablement.
