Role Summary

The CritSit Operations Specialist is part of a high impact response team responsible for identifying, triaging, and resolving critical issues across the order to cash (O2C) value chain. As the operational 
first responder

during escalations that threaten customer delivery, revenue recognition, or financial integrity, this role stabilizes operations fast, restores service end to end, and drives durable remediation to prevent recurrence.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Logistics, IT, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure continuity, clarity, and accountability from incident start to closure.

Required

  • 3-5+ years
     in operations, order to cash, revenue operations, service delivery, incident/major incident management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated success 
    coordinating cross functional response
     in high stakes situations with clear results.
  • Strong understanding of O2C processes (order entry, fulfillment, billing, credit/collections) and their upstream/downstream dependencies.
  • Exceptional communication: crisp written updates, meeting facilitation, and executive ready summaries.
  • Analytical, systems thinking approach; comfort digging into data, logs, and process details to isolate true root causes.
  • Calm, composed, and decisive under pressure; ownership mindset and high accountability.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP/CRM and ticketing ecosystems (e.g., 
    SAP/Oracle/NetSuite

    ServiceNow/Jira
    ).
  • Background working across Finance, Sales Ops, Logistics/Supply Chain, and Customer Service in complex, matrixed environments.
