About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves maintaining product catalogs, coordinating customer feedback, and ensuring smooth website operations, including image handling and uploads.

Key Responsibilities

Catalog Operations

● Maintain and update product catalog data (titles, descriptions, SKUs, sizes, pricing, etc.)

● Coordinate with sourcing, design, and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy

● Audit product listings regularly for completeness and correctness

Customer Feedback & Surveys

● Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via WhatsApp, calls or email

● Record and compile feedback into structured formats

● Assist in identifying improvement opportunities based on customer inputs

Website Operations

● Handle product image editing (basic cropping, lighting correction, background adjustments)

● Upload product images and details to website backend / CMS

● Ensure product pages are clean, consistent, and visually appealing

● Coordinate with tech/design teams on any changes required

General Office Coordination

● Maintain documentation, trackers, shared drives

● Support operations team with basic administrative tasks

● Liaise with external partners/vendors as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop/Canva/Photopea etc.)

● Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Clear communication (written + verbal)

● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice to Have

● 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, catalog management, admin or similar role

● Experience in Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento

● Exposure to customer service or content management
