We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: You will define business needs and develop compelling value propositions to drive sales growth.
- Strategic Roadmaps: Collaborate with senior executives to create strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Industry teams to drive business growth.
- Digitalization Campaigns: Develop and execute digitalization campaigns that leverage Siemens technology to meet customer needs.
- Opportunity Management: Identify, develop, and pass on suspect opportunities to the sales team for further engagement.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or presales with a strong understanding of PLM technology.
- Strategy Development: Experience developing strategies at both account and industry levels.
- Advisory Role: A consistent track record of being a trusted advisor, engaging with customers at various organizational levels.
- Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of PLM, MES, and ERP integration.
- Collaboration: Expertise in working with technical and managerial collaborators to achieve results.
