Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

 

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Bengaluru. As a member of our Brand Partnerships team, you will play a key role in generating revenue by partnering with agencies, brand managers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch STAN's offerings to potential partners and close high-impact revenue deals.
  • Drive new business development and grow our existing sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creator success, marketing, product) to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deal execution, and ensure partner satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in environments such as branding agencies, sponsorship or event sales, adtech or media/ad sales.
  • Proven track record of closing brands worth ₹5L or more.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • A strong network in the influencer/creator/events ecosystem is a plus.
