Growth Specialist – Unlock Business Opportunities
About the Role:We are in the process of securing a Payment Aggregator license and launching new products. As we expand our Growth Team, you will play a key part in driving business growth through outbound sales strategies.
Responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies to acquire customers and drive revenue growth.
- Identify high-value customers for export and import payments use-case.
- Foster a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor category performance, track metrics including GMV & Revenue, and optimize models for better results.
- Take ownership of a category and drive end-to-end sales.
- 2-4 years of B2B Sales or Partnerships experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.
