Job Title:

Growth Specialist – Unlock Business Opportunities

About the Role:

We are in the process of securing a Payment Aggregator license and launching new products. As we expand our Growth Team, you will play a key part in driving business growth through outbound sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify high-value customers for export and import payments use-case.
  • Foster a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor category performance, track metrics including GMV & Revenue, and optimize models for better results.
  • Take ownership of a category and drive end-to-end sales.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of B2B Sales or Partnerships experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.
