We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to spearhead business development across multiple e-commerce platforms, specifically focusing on Q-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with Q-commerce platforms, ensuring brand visibility, availability, and sales performance.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal launches to drive sales and product placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate annual business plans, margins, and trade terms with platform stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and stock planning for each account.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts on Q-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, platform analytics, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
