Business Growth Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to spearhead business development across multiple e-commerce platforms, specifically focusing on Q-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships with Q-commerce platforms, ensuring brand visibility, availability, and sales performance.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal launches to drive sales and product placement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
  • Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate annual business plans, margins, and trade terms with platform stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and stock planning for each account.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts on Q-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, platform analytics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
