Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales strategies, identifying high-ticket customers, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.

As a key member of our growth team, you will collaborate with internal teams to align goals, enhance customer experience, and optimize sales models for better results.

You will take ownership of one category and drive end-to-end sales, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to motivate and develop sales talent.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Word
