Job Summary

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting and financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes by ensuring timely payments and collections, resolving any discrepancies in a prompt manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements regularly and take corrective action on any variances, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain the general ledger accurately and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings on time, meeting compliance obligations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information promptly, facilitating smooth audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
