Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Valsad. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. Key tasks include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be expected to maintain candidate databases and report on recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruiting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in human resources or management consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
