Designation: HR Manager

Department & Location: HR / Sarigam

Qualification: Graduate/PGDM in HR/MSW(master of social work)/Industrial Relations/Compensation Benefit

Experience: 8+ years in manufacturing industry

Role and Responsibility

· Execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per HO. And handling manpower's in Factory.

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues

· Manage the recruitment and selection process for blue collar/contract workers/factory staff

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

· Execute HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the factory

· Nurture a positive working environment

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Execute Statutory compliance

· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

· provide decision support through HR metrics on weekly basis

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource

Requirement and Skills

· Proven working experience as HR Manager in a Manufacturing Industry

· People oriented and results driven

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

· Ability to execute strategy along with leadership skills

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

· In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices

· Should implement government schemes for the workers and blue collar employees working at factory level.
