Job Title Business Analyst - Sales and Marketing Experience Minimum 3 Years Location Valsad Local Candidates Preferred Employment Type Full-Time Travel Requirement Must be comfortable with regular travel for client visits About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Marketing to join our team in Valsad The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in analyzing sales trends customer behavior and marketing effectiveness to drive strategic business decisions As this position is based in Valsad we prefer a local candidate who understands the regional market and is open to traveling for client interactions Key Responsibilities Analyze sales data market trends and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decisions Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams Assist in preparing business proposals client presentations and marketing campaigns Regularly travel for client meetings business development and on-ground market assessment Support CRM management and improve lead conversion metrics Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in sales and marketing functions Strong analytical presentation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and business intelligence tools e g Power BI Tableau Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel Must be a Valsad localite or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately Preferred Traits Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset Understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Valsad Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Education Master s Required Experience Sales and Marketing 3 years Required Location Valsad Gujarat Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 07 2025
