The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence for Woods Hospitality The role demands a proactive result-driven professional with strong industry networks and the ability to identify new business opportunities across corporate travel and leisure segments Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase overall revenue Build and maintain a strong client base across corporate accounts travel agents OTAs and event planners Drive direct bookings and reduce dependency on third-party platforms Market Development Identify and pursue new market segments including MICE Meetings Incentives Conferences Exhibitions weddings and luxury travel Research competitor activities and market trends to position Woods Hospitality ahead of competition Partnerships Networking Build strategic alliances with corporates travel trade event companies and hospitality networks Represent Woods Hospitality at trade shows networking events and industry forums Brand Visibility Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns Promote Woods Hospitality s unique offerings across digital and offline channels Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Ensure exceptional customer experience and repeat business through personalized service Reporting Strategy Prepare regular business performance reports and pipeline forecasts Recommend strategic initiatives to the senior management for expansion and growth Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 23 507 49 - 39 822 30 per month Work Location In person
