  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to crunch numbers to inform strategic decisions
  • In-depth understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to manage internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies such as SQL and Python
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence through:

  • Handling marketplaces business for brands, preferably fashion
  • Leading PnL calculation and converting this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions
  • Managing a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business
