Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager - Liability Business at 0916 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Filiale Chennai, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Personal Banking portfolio through acquisition and relationship building. This involves increasing the acquisition of target clientele across various segments, working closely with the SSM Personal Banking, and establishing synergies for maximum penetration of investment and insurance sales. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent growth of the portfolio, building a robust momentum in third-party distribution, and implementing customer contact programs to increase the share of wallet with the bank.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquisition: Increase acquisition of target clientele across various segments, periodically assist SSM Personal Banking in conducting approved local-level sales drives, and acquire new accounts from group companies, families of existing customers, and referrals.
• Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell / Transition: Ensure consistent growth of the Personal Banking portfolio, work closely with the SSM Personal Banking and team, establish synergies for maximum penetration of investment and insurance sales, and implement customer contact programs to increase the share of wallet with the bank.
• Retention: Ensure top-class service delivery to clients, monitor high net worth accounts closely, and work towards reactivating accounts that have stopped transacting or depleted in balances.
• Risk Management & Governance: Ensure awareness and adherence with the Know Your Customer policy, Anti Money Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, Information Protection Policy, Operational Risk, and Code of Conduct.
Requirements
• Candidate should have 7 years of banking experience, with experience in acquiring new business and clients, and working in the Chennai location in the past.
• Candidate should understand trade and working capital business and have a fair idea of cross-sell business.
