We are seeking a highly skilled Public Sector Tender Specialist to join our team at Protein World, a global leader in health, fitness, and wellness. As part of our expansion in India, we are focused on contributing to central and state government initiatives in health, nutrition, wellness, and sports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government procurement processes, the ability to prepare winning proposals, and expertise in navigating e-procurement platforms like GeM and state portals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving Protein World's growth in India's public sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and evaluating tender opportunities across GeM, central government portals, and state e-procurement platforms in health, nutrition, wellness, and sports sectors.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed and competitive bid proposals, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, timelines, and formats.
  • Managing the complete bid lifecycle, including pre-bid meetings, bid clarifications, and post-tender follow-ups.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government departments, public sector units, and procurement officials to identify new opportunities and enhance Protein World's presence.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather inputs on product details, financials, and operational capabilities for tender submissions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing tender announcements, amendments, and corrigenda to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing government tenders, preferably in health, nutrition, wellness, or sports (including sports infrastructure) sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, including GeM, e-tendering portals, and state-level procurement platforms.
  • Proven track record of securing contracts in relevant sectors.
  • Strong technical skills to draft and prepare detailed technical and financial proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.

Estimated salary: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum.
