Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished leader at the executive level to oversee large-scale operations across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of multiple business accounts, managing a span of 2000–3000+ employees.
  • Drive operational strategy, ensuring performance excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Own profit and loss management and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients in the North American market.
  • Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives across portfolios.
  • Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.
  • Inspire, coach, and grow large teams; promote a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years in insurance or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ employees).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, process reengineering, and change management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with large global service providers or captives in insurance.
  • Exposure to complex organizational structures and global delivery environments.
