Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to spearhead our factory's success in Kalol.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and at least 10 years of experience in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production meets targets and quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, costs, and budgets across all departments
  • Comply with quality control regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Maintain machinery and resolve production issues
  • Prepare operational reports for management
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain positive working relationships
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage inspections

We adhere to strict quality standards like FSSAI, Agmark, and ISO 22000:2005. With a global presence through private labeling, exports, and partnerships, we are trusted for purity, consistency, and authentic taste.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in food technology or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the food industry
