Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

">Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Digital Transformation efforts. As a Strategic Transformation Leader, you will drive the execution of our LDT roadmap, tackling business problems and opportunities in the F&A domain.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute LDT roadmaps that address business problems/opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain.
  • Direct and execute Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies.
">Minimum Qualifications
  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
