Leadership Role
At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our initiatives and take our programs to the next level. The role holder will be responsible for expanding our current activities, identifying new areas of study, research, training, and implementing projects in the socio-political-economic arena. This leadership position encompasses:
  • To develop and execute training programs, public awareness campaigns, and research initiatives to facilitate policy makers through collaborative approaches with all stakeholders.
  • To foster collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • To guide and ensure the execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • To operate with the management committee through consultative approaches.
  • To provide strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities and expansion projects.
  • To oversee campus infrastructure, HR, administration, finances, and other stakeholder relations through established teams led by the CEO.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess any professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred. Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry is necessary. A strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities are essential. Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with the ethos of 'New Leaders for a New India' is mandatory.
