Job Title: AI Innovation Leader

Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) applications.

Required skills and qualifications:
  • Strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Github Actions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
