We are seeking a highly skilled AI expert to design and develop innovative solutions using OpenAI technology.

  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.

The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools and oversee their overall governance. They will also address and resolve issues related to the Default Project space, ensure the security of the AI environment, and enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.
 
The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
