Cloud Storage Enterprise Account Developer

At Lucidity, we're pioneering the digital transformation of cloud storage with our cutting-edge platform. As a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a vital role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within target Enterprise and upper Mid-Market accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of BDR experience as an individual contributor role in the enterprise market. You'll need to be organized and reliable, able to work independently with little direction when necessary. A result-oriented individual with a strong hunter mindset is essential for this role.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for articulating the Outreach value proposition, working closely with the founding team members, and coming up with new outbound ideas and techniques in the mid and enterprise market. The goal is to book high-quality meetings in the mid-market and enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous research on accounts and build an effective reach-out cadence
- Identify champions and key stakeholders within target accounts
- Generate qualified opportunities through emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting in the target market (EU)
- Come up with creative emails and content to draw attention from prospects
- Strike and initiate conversations, and set up meetings & demos with relevant profiles
- Maintain hygiene and update records in the CRM
