Key Role: End-to-End Bid Management Professional

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned professional with exceptional skills to manage end-to-end bid processes, including technical write-ups, cost estimation, subcontracting, joint ventures, consortiums, client liaisoning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant tenders from PSUs, government agencies, and private companies through various resources.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain excellent professional relations with clients.
  • Coordinate with execution teams, maintain relationships with external parties, and perform day-to-day correspondence and legal contractual correspondence with customers.
  • Generate relevant MIS reports, track tender updates, achieve order booking targets, maintain documentation and correspondence of BD activities, and update credentials regularly.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in end-to-end bid management. Preferred qualifications include a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in bidding and tendering, as well as an MBA.
