PCS/BESS Technical Support Specialist

As a PCS/BESS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on our PCS/BESS products.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing product on-site technical support and remote technical support work
- Supporting product debugging, maintenance and modification work
- Managing PCS/BESS on-site spare parts and tracking and managing spare parts under the name to ensure normal operation
- Maintaining customer relationships and communicating regularly with customers to organize feedback on customer opinions
- Learning and understanding PCS/BESS product working principles and familiarizing with power distribution diagrams and user manuals to provide simple training to customers
- Complying with departmental rules and reporting work on time
The ideal candidate will have:
- English as primary working language
- A self-motivated mindset able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
- Working experience in the energy storage industry preferably in central PCS or BESS
- Preference for being based in Rajasthan
