Job Overview

Main Responsibilities include technical assistance during the commissioning phase of Energy Storage Projects.

  • Tech Support: Provide technical support during the commissioning phase of Energy Storage Projects.
  • Clients Liaison: Serve as primary point of contact between clients on-site.
  • Schedule Collaboration: Work with professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring deviations from planned schedules.
  • Site Coordination: Engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Service Experience: Possess 2-3 years of experience as an Energy Storage Service Engineer with hands-on site experience.
  2. Pre-Commissioning: Handle pre and post-commissioning tests, and performance test verification.
  3. Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory, maintaining records and updating inventory.
  4. Tool Maintenance: Ensure safekeeping of tools.
  5. Task Assignment: Oversee and assign tasks to third-party service partner technicians.
  6. Customer Support: Provide customer support through various channels such as phone and email.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Electrical/Electronics Background: Electrical or Electronics Engineer (or equivalent) degree required.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in electrical projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Independent Work: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • BESS Expertise: Strong understanding of BESS PCS and all related supporting and subcomponents.
  • Maintenance Experience: Solid experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
