Head of Business Growth and Development

CIO Dimension, a leading B2B media brand, seeks an experienced Head of Growth and Strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth in the B2B media and events space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian tech ecosystem and enterprise decision-maker community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale the business, with clear milestones and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, new product lines (events, content platforms, collaborations), and sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CXOs, tech startups, and key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Lead the development of innovative B2B engagement models through events, webinars, roundtables, and digital channels.
- Own and drive revenue targets by securing sponsorships, partnerships, and other monetization channels.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum 15 years of experience in B2B media, events, or marketing, with a track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue.
- Deep understanding of the Indian tech ecosystem and enterprise decision-maker community (CIOs, CXOs).
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing large-scale events, conferences, or webinars.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at industry events and with clients.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
