Job Title: Sales and Business Development Head
About the Role:
TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative, marketing-oriented, design-led organization providing a complete suite of solutions across digital, tech, and services. The company has a pan India presence and regional presence in the Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and business development vertical for TLC B2B technology products in domestic markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, support, and internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Build strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with existing key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - BBA/B.Tech/B.Com.
- Master's Degree - MBA (Sales & Marketing) added advantage.
- 15+ years of sales experience in B2B technology product or services (SaaS), with a track record of leading sales function for enterprise-level clients.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
