About the Role
We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, and generating interest in our products or services.
Responsibilities
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements.
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
4. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
5. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts.
7. Perform effective online demos to high-value prospects.
Requirements
1. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong listening and presentation skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
