Sales Performance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. This role requires meeting or exceeding annual quota and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by building long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate leads
- Create an annual sales strategy and set goals
- Utilize sales tools and resources to identify new leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to drive sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 0-3 years of sales experience, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
