About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and competitive Inside Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives at Apna. The successful candidate will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment, making dozens of calls per day to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.

Responsibilities

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

2. Understand customer needs and requirements to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.

3. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets, meeting customer expectations.

4. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to expand the database of prospects.

5. Perform effective online demos to high-value prospects, showcasing the value of our solutions.

Requirements

1. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on presentation and listening.

3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines.
