Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled compensation professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy within the Total Rewards function in HR. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and execute, communicate, and deliver on the pre-determined strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, business executives, and wider HR.

The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organizations. They will possess deep knowledge of public company equity compensation and exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
