Job Title: Compensation and Compliance Specialist

Overview of the Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and administrative operations. They will ensure accurate execution, maintain compliance with labor laws, manage audits, and support day-to-day HR & administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time by managing inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, deductions).
  • Coordinate with Finance for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting while ensuring confidentiality of payroll data.

Statutory Compliance and Management:

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc. by staying updated on labor laws, taxation, and compliance changes.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and statutory queries effectively.

Employee Benefits and Records:

  • Maintain employee records for payroll, compliance, and benefits in accordance with statutory norms.
  • Administer employee benefits programs as per applicable regulations.

Administration and Office Management:

  • Manage vendor coordination, facilities, and office supplies to ensure smooth operation of administrative processes.
  • Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, and engagement activities.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Prepare payroll, compliance, and admin MIS reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist in audits, budgeting, and HR operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and office administration practices.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST.
