Commercial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of incentive compensation plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective incentive compensation strategies that align with company goals and comply with regulations.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
