Senior Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our business development efforts, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth in the Bengaluru region.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for recruitment services.
- Build a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market insights to refine service offerings and strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations effectively to internal teams to ensure alignment.
