The Role

Job Overview

This comprehensive role requires a deep understanding of the product, a focus on personalization, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Becoming an Expert: Develop a thorough understanding of villa designs, features, materials, and land specifications to educate and assist clients in their decision-making process.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with clients to understand their desires and preferences, offering tailored recommendations that align with their lifestyle and investment goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service tailored to their specific needs and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the villa brand with passion, professionalism, and knowledge.
  • Clienteling: Utilize tools to develop long-term relationships, ensuring continuous engagement, follow-up, and personalized service.
  • 8+ years of experience in luxury sales or a related field, preferably in high-end products such as real estate, apparel/fashion, hospitality, collectables, and fine art.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to deeply understand and anticipate client needs, offering tailored advice and guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Fluent English communication, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
