Sales and Business Development Professional

We are a luxury home decor brand.

This is a role that offers the opportunity to build enduring relationships with B2B partners, such as architects and interior designers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a continuous lead funnel through business development activities.
  • Liaising with B2B partners to close deals.

You will also be responsible for taking full ownership of leads from the first touchpoint to closure. This will involve collaborating with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An uncompromising passion for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in a related field and 5-10 years of experience. Prior experience in Luxury Sales is highly desirable.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to track and review actual sales results and match them against set business targets. You will also have the chance to analyze periodic reports to identify market trends.
