Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Design and implement business solutions that meet stakeholder needs and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the transportation/mobility industry
  • Experience in Agile Development methodologies with active participation in scrum management is a must
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management software is a must
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Fluency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with ability to get things done efficiently
