
Australia Voice Call Centre Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Australian voice operations, you will be responsible for effective communication with customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer experience.
You will serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle. Your strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset will enable you to accurately identify and address customer concerns, while maintaining a high level of quality and KPI compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails.
- Order Management: Accurately manage orders and contracts, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities, to ensure clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Dashboards: Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per agreed processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in international call center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent English language proficiency.
