Cyber Security Sales Leader

Seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our enterprise and B2B sales initiatives for Cyber Security solutions and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity services and solutions, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Cyber Security solutions & services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts in various industries.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle – prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present customised security solutions to clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and market trends to position our offerings effectively.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience with at least 5 years in Cyber Security or IT Security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
