We are seeking an experienced Domain Consulting Director to join our team, leading the charge in shaping the future of cybersecurity and delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent in the industry, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Domain Consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Mentor and train Domain Consultants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultant Managers and Regional Sales Directors, to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging this expertise to drive strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading customer-facing pre-sales engineering or solutions architect teams.
  • Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering comprehensive security solutions, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and excellence.
