Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our enterprise and B2B sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in cybersecurity sales, solution consulting, and client relationship management with a strong network across industries.

  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Managers, and other decision-makers across industries.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Manage the complete sales lifecycle – prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present customised security solutions to clients.
  • Business Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and market trends to position our offerings effectively.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops.
Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • B2B/Enterprise Sales Experience: 8+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or IT security domain.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Network: Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Translation: Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
